We offer three membership tiers, each available with flexible billing options (monthly, 6-month, or 12-month plans). All plans are subject to availability and operational capacity and may be updated at our discretion.

Silver Plan

  • 50 extra miles with every booking

  • Priority booking access

Pricing Options:

  • £70/month for 6 months (£420 total)

  • £56/month for 12 months (£672 total – 30% discount applied)

Gold Plan

  • No deposit required

  • 100 extra miles with every booking

  • Priority booking access

  • 50% off on your birthday

  • Coverage of up to 3 parking tickets per booking

  • Complimentary third-party insurance for members aged 17–25

Pricing Options:

  • £120/month for 6 months (£720 total)

  • £91/month for 12 months (£1,092 total – 30% discount applied)

Platinum Black Plan

  • No deposit required

  • 100 extra miles with every booking

  • Priority booking access

  • 100% off on your birthday

  • Coverage of up to 5 parking tickets per booking

  • Access to 12-hour bookings

  • Add an extra driver at no additional cost

  • Complimentary third-party insurance for members aged 17–25

  • Access to fleet insurance for personal vehicles (quotation required)

Pricing Options:

  • £180/month for 6 months (£1,080 total)

  • £126/month for 12 months (£1,512 total – 30% discount applied)

3. Payment and Renewal

  • Membership fees are billed according to the selected plan duration.

  • By subscribing, you authorize automatic renewal unless canceled before the renewal date.

  • Payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated.

  • Payments are processed via third-party providers, and you agree to their terms upon submitting your payment details.

4. Membership Use

  • Memberships are personal and non-transferable.

  • Sharing benefits or access, misusing services, or violating service protocols may result in termination without refund.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

  • You may cancel anytime via account settings or by contacting support.

  • Cancellation stops future billing but does not guarantee a refund of prior payments.

  • Refunds may be granted at our discretion based on usage and circumstances.

6. Service Prioritization

  • Platinum Black members receive top-priority access to services and support.

  • Gold members receive enhanced support and early booking privileges.

  • Silver members benefit from basic priority access.

7. Modifications to Services

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue any membership plan or feature

  • Adjust pricing or benefits with notice to existing members

  • Continued use after updates implies acceptance of new terms

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Service delays or downtime beyond our control

  • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the previous 3 months

9. Privacy
