3. Payment and Renewal

Membership fees are billed according to the selected plan duration.

By subscribing, you authorize automatic renewal unless canceled before the renewal date.

Payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated.

Payments are processed via third-party providers, and you agree to their terms upon submitting your payment details.
4. Membership Use

Memberships are personal and non-transferable.

Sharing benefits or access, misusing services, or violating service protocols may result in termination without refund.
5. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel anytime via account settings or by contacting support.

Cancellation stops future billing but does not guarantee a refund of prior payments.

Refunds may be granted at our discretion based on usage and circumstances.
6. Service Prioritization

Platinum Black members receive top-priority access to services and support.

Gold members receive enhanced support and early booking privileges.

Silver members benefit from basic priority access.
7. Modifications to Services
