All payments must be made upon collection via bank transfer to our business account.

Mileage Policy

  • Each vehicle comes with 100 miles per day.
  • Additional miles are charged at £1 per mile.
  • Pre-booked miles are available at a discounted rate of £0.75 per mile.

Age and Insurance Policy

  • Drivers must be aged 25 or older for our standard insurance policy.
  • For drivers aged 17–24:
    • We can help you obtain a cost-effective quote under our fleet policy, or
    • You may arrange your own insurance (subject to verification).

Verification will include a call to the insurance provider.

Chauffeur Services To request chauffeuring, please provide:

  • Preferred Vehicle
  • Pickup Location and Time
  • Drop-off Location and Time

Deposits
Deposits are refunded 14 working days after vehicle return, provided there are no damages, fines, or tickets.
