Fleet Rentals LTD

At Fleet Rentals LTD, we are committed to delivering value, flexibility, and transparency to all our members. This Members Policy outlines the rights, responsibilities, benefits, and conditions of membership for individuals who enroll in any of our subscription plans.


1. Membership Eligibility

To become a Fleet Rentals member:

  • You must be at least 18 years of age. Drivers under 18 must have a guardian’s consent.

  • You must provide valid and accurate documentation during the registration process.

  • Membership approval is subject to verification and compliance with our eligibility criteria.


2. Membership Plans

Fleet Rentals offers three membership tiers with both monthly and annual billing options:

Silver Plan

  • No deposit required

  • 50 extra miles with every booking

  • Priority booking access

  • £70/month for 6 months (total £420)

  • £56/month for 12 months (total £672, 30% discount applied)

Gold Plan

  • No deposit required

  • 100 extra miles with every booking

  • Priority booking access

  • 50% discount on your birthday

  • Coverage for up to 3 parking tickets per booking

  • Complimentary third-party insurance (ages 17–25)

  • £120/month for 6 months (total £720)

  • £91/month for 12 months (total £1,092, 30% discount applied)

Platinum Black Plan

  • No deposit required

  • 100 extra miles with every booking

  • Priority booking access

  • 100% discount on your birthday

  • Coverage for up to 5 parking tickets per booking

  • Access to 12-hour bookings

  • Extra driver included at no cost

  • Complimentary third-party insurance (ages 17–25)

  • Option to insure your personal vehicle via our fleet insurance (quote required)

  • £180/month for 6 months (total £1,080)

  • £126/month for 12 months (total £1,512, 30% discount applied)


3. Payment and Renewal

  • Membership payments are billed in accordance with your selected term.

  • All plans are set to auto-renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

  • Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

  • Payments are processed securely via authorized third-party payment processors.


4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • Members may cancel their membership at any time via account settings or by contacting customer support.

  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

  • Refunds are generally not provided after a payment has been processed. However, refund requests may be considered under exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of Fleet Rentals LTD.

  • Refunds, if granted, will be based on the unused portion of the service and your usage history.

  • Early termination of a fixed-term plan (6 or 12 months) may incur a fee equal to one month’s payment or the remaining value of the contract, whichever is lower, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • No refunds will be issued for violations of this policy or our terms of service.


5. Membership Usage

  • Memberships are individual and non-transferable.

  • Any misuse, unauthorized sharing of benefits, or abuse of services may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.

  • Members are expected to use the service responsibly and in accordance with the law.


6. Violation and Termination

  • Any breach of Fleet Rentals’ policies, terms, or applicable UK laws and regulations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your membership, without refund.

  • This includes, but is not limited to, providing false documentation, unsafe or illegal driving, fraudulent activity, or misuse of membership benefits.

  • Termination may occur without prior notice if the nature of the violation poses legal, reputational, or operational risks to Fleet Rentals or its clients.

  • Terminated members may be permanently banned from future membership eligibility.


7. Service Priority

  • Platinum Black members receive top-tier support and first access to services.

  • Gold members receive enhanced support and early booking access.

  • Silver members enjoy standard priority access to vehicles and bookings.


8. Plan Changes and Updates

  • Fleet Rentals reserves the right to modify pricing, features, or availability of membership plans.

  • Active members will be notified of any material changes in advance.

  • Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.


9. Limitation of Liability

Fleet Rentals is not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Delays or service outages beyond our control

  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past three months


10. Data Privacy

Your personal data is managed in line with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you agree to our data practices.
